As a Customer Advisor, you’ll provide exceptional support, resolve queries efficiently, build strong relationships, and exceed quality goals—all while contributing to a positive customer experience and team improvement.

Your responsibilities could be:

Customer Support: Provide the highest level of assistance to customers via phone and email on a range of issues.

Accurate Information: Deliver precise, valid, and complete responses by following established procedures.

Query Ownership: Take responsibility for customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolutions and responses.

Quality Goals: Meet and exceed service quality standards, compliance regulations, and productivity targets.

Team Alignment: Follow management direction and contribute with constructive feedback.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Proficient level in Dutch (C2)
  • Intermediate level of English (at least B2) both verbal and written
  • Strong communication skills – with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening and superior writing skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
