Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technician with a minimum of 10 years of IT experience to support our Windows 11 Intune-managed clients and Windows 10 SCCM-managed clients in a hybrid Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (AAD) environment. The ideal candidate will be a key part of our third-line support team, handling system updates, configurations, troubleshooting, and contributing across multiple projects. This role requires the ability to translate business requirements into actionable IT solutions, serving as a bridge between the support organization and solution designers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Windows 11 Intune and Windows 10 SCCM client infrastructures.
• Oversee daily operations, including:
• OS feature updates
• Driver, BIOS, and firmware updates
• Peripheral device support
• OS deployment configurations and support
• Utilize PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
• Provide third-line support for Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GPO), Azure AD, and Intune at an operational level.
• Collaborate on various Windows migration projects and manage various Windows client types in the organization.
• Act as a liaison between the support team and solution designers, translating business needs into actionable IT deliverables.
• Support and troubleshoot hardware across a range of PC form factors, including laptops, desktops, and tablets.
• Support Microsoft Office 365 and Windows Defender configurations.
• Apply ITIL processes in daily operations, including incident and asset management.
• Work with incident management and asset management systems such as Remedy.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Windows 11 (Intune-managed) and Windows 10 (SCCM-managed) environments.
• Knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Azure Active Directory (AAD), and Group Policy (GPO).
• Operational-level expertise in Microsoft Intune and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows Defender.
• Understanding of ITIL processes, with practical experience using incident and asset management systems (e.g., Remedy).
• Profiiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and system administration tasks.
• Hands-on experience with OS feature and security updates, BIOS/firmware updates, and peripheral support.
• Familiarity with PC hardware, including various form factors (laptops, desktops, tablets, etc.).
• Ability to manage and support multiple projects, including large-scale Windows migrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
