About the job
As Head of Rewards Nordics, you will be part of an innovative HR department with dual reporting lines to the VP Total Rewards in the US and the VP HR at Nouryon in Sweden. You will collaborate with line managers globally and play a key role in the reward community as part of the Group Total Rewards team.
In your future role as Head of Rewards, Nordics you will
* Develop and implement the reward strategy and programs for the organization.
* Oversee the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus plans and other initiatives.
* Take an active part in the Group Total Rewards team representing the Nordics.
* Conduct local market research and benchmarking to ensure the organization’s reward programs remain competitive.
* Partner with Labour relations, HR BP’s and line managers to ensure that reward programs support the organization’s talent management, attraction and retention objectives.
* Manage the annual compensations cycle.
* Act as a business partner to line managers providing guidance and advice on compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the organization’s reward programs and pay practice using data and analytics.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations relating to compensation and benefits.
* Drive and lead various Reward projects such as job architecture, global benefit management etc.
We believe you bring
* Minimum 5 years’ experience from working with compensation and benefits, preferably in a global context.
* Experience from working in a matrix organization.
* Experience from running annual salary reviews and bonus programs.
* Experience from working in blue collar as well as white collar environments.
* Great knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
* Minimum bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, HR or related field.
* Experience from working with SuccessFactors or similar HR systems is a plus.
