We are looking for a talented Administrative Associate
- HR to join our team specializing in Human Resources for Cummins in Maersta, Stockholm, Sweden.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- The HR Admin oversees responsibilities for Sweden, Norway, and Finland, with occasional travel to these countries as needed, typically less than 10% of the time.
- Manage defined HR processes, including compensation, benefits, performance management, exit interviews, relocation, and immigration support; provide general guidance on benefits and compensation.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of workforce information in HR information systems, including maintaining employee records.
- Execute standard HR business processes for assigned business groups or functions, ensuring high quality and adherence to defined timelines.
- Support the resolution of employment conflicts, provide coaching and counseling, and assist in conducting and documenting investigations.
- Provide recruiting support, update the applicant tracking system, and coordinate new hire orientation assignments and activities.
- Partner with shared services and corporate HR to implement workforce compensation recommendations and administer benefits processes.
- Conduct research, prepare statistical reports, gather and verify information, and complete data entry, report generation, and document maintenance tasks.
- Handle correspondence, schedule meetings, arrange conference calls, respond to inquiries, and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Union relations or HR Generalist experience, with a preference for candidates possessing foundational HR expertise and a willingness to grow in the role.
- Demonstrated skills in action orientation, effective communication, customer focus, accountability, and aligning work plans to organizational goals.
- Ability to apply HR consulting expertise by observing environments, diagnosing challenges, and delivering balanced solutions that meet both employee and organizational needs.
- Proficiency in data analytics, communication, and visualization, including the ability to extract meaningful insights, create compelling reports, and support data-driven decision-making.
Education/ Experience:
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
- Fluency in both English and Swedish languages.
