Your role
As our business controller you are responsible to deliver an overview of financial follow-ups, together with analyzing and preparing budgets and forecasts, with focus on cost control. Your main tasks include:
* Controlling of contracts/projects/programmes
* Analysis and presentation of financial business plans, budgets, forecasts and outcomes
* Close cooperation with the other members of the controlling team
* Actively contributing to the business unit's overall financial management

Your profile
You know the importance of building relationships both within and across functions, and can act as a proactive support to the managers in the organisation.
You have an active role to drive changes and improvements, highlight issues and propose actions. We also see that you have experience of inform and train the organisation on financial policies and procedures.
We belive that you enjoy working in teams as well as working independently and has the ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, in both Swedish and English. To be successful in this role, we also see that you have:
* Finance background with experience from project based organisation and cost control
* Relevant academic degree and experience from financial planning, analysis, budget, and reporting
* Mind-set for law and order and drive best practice
* Knowledge of systems like Agresso, Mercure and HFM is a plus
This position is currently located in Göteborg or Stockholm, Järfälla. Saab´s site in Järfälla is about to be relocated to Solna Strand during 2025.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
