We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retailer Financial Specialist to join our team. As a Retailer Financial Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing our Retailer Partners financial performance within the BMW Northern Europe.

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting relevant data and perform analysis of relevant retailer financials. You will continuously work with improving the data quality provided by our retailer partners as well as ensure the reporting flow. You will have an important role in financial result validation as well as driving reporting follow-up processes to support Future Sales Model (agency model) projects. Other responsibilities include identifying areas of profitability improvement, collaborating with various teams to support financial results and validate retailer partner's investment proposals.

  • Drive Profitability: Support and optimize the profitability and cost efficiency of our retail partners through performance tracking.
  • Financial Partnership: Act as the financial counterpart for field forces, business departments, and external consulting agencies.
  • Insightful Analytics: Ensure availability, assessment, and validation of relevant data to make informed financial decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Streamline finance and accounting procedures at the retailer partner level.
  • Quality Data Management: Maintain the quality and comprehensiveness of data and relevant statistics.
  • Strategic Project Objectives: Provide key support in strategic projects, with a focus on data quality and completeness. Handle ad hoc projects and topics as needed.
  • Be a part of a team who works in a fun energetic environment.

What should you bring along?

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience within controlling and/or accounting.
  • Experience and interest in financing and controlling as well as good knowledge in the areas of company development and company organization.
  • Good knowledge of IT system management with attention to detail and a curious mindset.
  • Enjoy working with numbers and have a detail and quality-oriented approach, with proficiency in Excel and Power Point.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English, as well as any other Nordic language.

This is a permanent position, located at our Northern European headquarter in Sollentuna, Sweden and reports to the Head of Strategy & Performance management.
