Our customer is seeking a skilled and motivated E-Dump Truck Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise, maintenance, and service support for our electric dump truck product line in the Nordic region. You will ensure optimal performance, minimize downtime, and support our customers in achieving their sustainability and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on SANY electric dump trucks at customer sites or service centers.
• Provide timely resolution of technical issues and document findings in service reports.
• Collaborate with the R&D and product teams to address recurring issues and propose product improvements.

Maintenance and Upgrades:

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure peak performance of the equipment.
• Implement software updates, calibration, and component upgrades as needed.
• Manage inventory of critical spare parts and ensure their availability for quick turnaround.

Customer Support:

• Train and assist customers in the operation, maintenance, and safety practices related to SANY electric dump trucks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Provide after-sales service and consultation to enhance customer experience.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure all service activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
• Promote a safe working environment and practices both onsite and in the workshop.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in servicing heavy machinery, electric vehicles, or related equipment.
• Hands-on experience with electric drivetrains, battery systems, and hydraulics is a significant advantage.

Professional Skills:

• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for fault identification and resolution.
• Strong understanding of electric vehicle components, including motors, inverters, and battery management systems.
• Familiarity with CAN bus communication systems and vehicle control architecture
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
• A customer-centric approach and dedication to quality service.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to travel frequently within the Nordic region.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Legal eligibility to work in Sweden.
