We are now looking for a Business Navigator/Business Controller that wants to join our fantastic Business Navigation HQ Team in Lund and contribute to our success journey going forward! Who is your future team? Business Finance at Axis consists of 3 groups, Business Navigation HQ, Business Planning & Analysis and Business Navigation Sales. Together we aim to be a proactive business partner to the organization supporting Axis strategy and future growth. By contributing with business support, analysis and insights we strive to enable smarter decision making and by that creating value to the business. We use and develop our systems to connect people, plans and data. The role as a Business Navigator/Business Controller As a Business Navigator, you will be part of the Business Navigation HQ team, working in close collaboration with the senior Business Navigator for Operations to support Axis' Operations function. In this role, you will contribute to providing valuable insights, driving improvements, and ensuring effective financial processes, all while deepening your understanding of the Operations function in a highly collaborative environment. In this role, your main responsibilities will include: * Managing cost control within OPEX and CAPEX, as well as volume-driven costs. * Monitoring profitability and headcount. * Playing a key role in the Annual financial planning process (forecasting) and provide insights into financial performance and planning outcomes. * Collaborating closely with stakeholders within the Operations function to understand business needs, drive process improvements, and actively monitor operational performance. * Performing obsolescence calculations. * Following up on investments and working to enhance the overall investment process. Additionally, you will participate in cross-functional projects and tasks beyond your primary area of responsibility and contribute to overall process improvements and simplifications within financial operations. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience as a Business Controller. You thrive on analytical challenges and enjoy working with BI tools such as Anaplan and QlikSense, as well as Excel. You have the ability to see the bigger picture and understand the interplay between details and the overall strategy. As a person, you are service-minded, with strong social and communication skills that enable you to build meaningful relationships across the organization. You bring humility and a collaborative spirit, fostering enthusiasm and a sense of togetherness in the teams you work with. You naturally identify opportunities to improve processes and challenge the status quo in a constructive way. Above all, you are a team player who believes that openness and collaboration are key to achieving success. You are proactive and self-motivated, thriving in an environment where you can plan your own activities, drive initiatives, and take responsibility for delivering results. In addition to above you have an academic degree within finance, business administration or equivalent. You are also fluent in English and Swedish.
