We are looking for an experienced Power BI Data Analyst to join our team and assist in the development of tools and dashboards for data visualization and reporting. The selected consultant will be responsible for the following tasks:
– Design, implement, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to meet the specific needs of the business.
– Extract, transform, and analyze data from diverse sources to provide meaningful insights.
– Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable data-driven solutions.
– Optimize Power BI solutions for scalability, performance, and user experience.
– Provide training and create documentation to ensure that internal teams can effectively utilize Power BI for reporting and analysis.
Work Environment:
Hybrid – 50% in the office and 50% onsite in Södertälje.
Education Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
– Power BI certifications or certifications in similar data visualization tools are highly preferred.
Required Skills and Experience:
– Proficiency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
– Strong experience with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query (M).
– Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL is considered an advantage.
Desirable Qualifications:
– Proven experience in a Data Analyst or similar role focused on Power BI development.
– Knowledge of advanced analytics, predictive modeling, or integration of machine learning with Power BI.
– Experience working with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
– A solid understanding of database systems and ETL processes.
– Familiarity with business processes and KPIs, ideally within the context of TRATON/Scania.
