We are seeking talented individuals with fluency in Spanish and English, a strong sales or business development mindset—ideally within the IT industry—and a solid understanding of cloud computing.

Sell, upsell, retain and renew clients via email and phone (outbound).
Source, contact, and engage both prospective and existing clients.
Establish a pipeline of leads, focus on lead generation.
Analyze business needs and propose appropriate solutions.
Educate clients on cloud products and upgrades.
Troubleshoot minor technical setup issues or escalate to relevant teams.
Native-level Spanish and fluent English (C1).
Experience in B2B sales.
Familiarity with cloud software or CRM systems.
Solid PC knowledge and understanding of cloud services.
Strong communication skills, attentive listening and relationship-building abilities.
