Get an idea of the role

We are seeking an experienced Platform owner to focus on ServiceNow platform. The idea of the role is to be responsible for the platform on a high level, work on the strategy ensuring that we are utilizing the platform in the best way possible and getting the most possible value from the platform. You will also be responsible for the budget and coordination to see if ServiceNow can be implemented in other parts of the company. You also want to ensure that the development of the platform is progressing in the different modules that we are using.

  • Lead strategic, tactical and operational meetings to ensure a governance of the platform in the short and longterm
  • Manage and plan the budget and costs related to the platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that improve service delivery and user experience.
  • Manage risks and establish processes to ensure the security and efficiency of the platform.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure platform optimisation and compliance.
  • Lead training sessions and workshops to enhance user knowledge and adoption of the platform.
  • Take initiative and coordinate sessions with parts of the organization where we see that the platform can add a value and/or where we can improve the platform
  • Plan and implement optimization in processes and find possibilities for automization

Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams is crucial to the role. A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value to users and the business will drive your success in this position.

Qualifications and Skills

    • Proven experience managing and operating a Service Now platform or similar ITSM tools.
    • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and process optimisation.
    • Excellent understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
    • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
