Of course, you share our IKEA values and additionally, you have:
• Proven advanced training in information technology, computer science, mathematics, analytics or equivalent
• Knowledge of how to profile, model, analyse and report on all data, cross-channel, to gain insights for business purposes and decision making.
• Strong documented leadership skills with experience leading in change and transformation
• Experience from Management and Data Quality in a complex business environment
• Proven progressive and diverse experience in data science and/or analytics
• Experience from working with Advanced Analytics, Data Governance, Master Data
• Experience from managing the operations and on-going development and maintenance of core systems/solutions
• Demonstrable experience in working in an Agile working set-up.
A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
As a Data & Analytics Manager, you will drive our journey towards becoming a data-driven company. You will be leading a new Digital sub domain at Ingka Centres and manage a team of leaders and specialists within this area. Together with other managers from other Digital sub domains you will be a part of a Digital leadership team.
Together with your team you will develop and implement data strategies, ensuring the right analytical and visualization techniques are in place. Your insights will support stakeholders in making better decisions, enhancing our customer and community experiences.
Amongst other things you will:
• Manage a team of Data & Analytics professionals.
• Lead, coach, and develop your team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
• Ensure a data-driven approach at Ingka Centres by educating, inform and inspire in the use of analytics and the value of data, to improve the company overall analytics capabilities.
• Develop and implement our data and analytics roadmap aligned with the company strategy.
• Establish and maintain a data governance framework, including rules, tools, and policies.
• Lead the development and delivery of customer, community, and partner insights using data and AI.
• Evolve and maintain digital products supporting data and analytics.
In this role you will report to Jonas Karlsson, our Digital Manager, and be based in either Malmö in Sweden, or Shanghai in China.
