Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Do you enjoy using your language skills to connect with people and help them with their needs? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join a dynamic customer service team. In this role, you'll have the chance to work with a diverse group of clients, using your language abilities to support and engage with customers from all over the world. Location: Riga Responsibilities

• Manage inbound phone calls, providing effective resolutions to end users.
• Accurately record case resolutions in the contact center system, documenting client communications via phone, email, chat, etc.
• Ensure timely resolution of cases within the established case life cycle, adhering to individual performance metrics.
• Escalate urgent issues to the immediate lead as per client specifications.
• Work both independently and as part of a team, maintaining clear communication with internal and external contacts.
• Strive for exemplary customer satisfaction in every interaction.
• Attend required training sessions to stay updated and improve skills.

Preferred Competencies:

• Computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
• Fluent in Swedish and very good English
• Exhibits an optimistic, friendly, and self-motivated demeanor.
• Focused on delivering excellent service and adept at problem-solving.
• Willing to work shift hours or part-time (within legal limits) and able to quickly adapt to changing priorities.
