Conversion Sales Agent

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote the company's products and service
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a conversion-focused role within a similar industry or environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Ability to influence and persuade others, with a confident and articulate communication style and the capability to handle objections effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets, motivated by performance metrics, and driven to deliver results
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Convert high-quality leads into long-lasting customers
- Increase chances of future sales
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
- Keep up to date with the financial markets

REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Swedish, both oral and written.
Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Previous phone-based sales experience, from any industry
- Previous experience in relevant field
- Computer literate
- Ability to work with deadlines & targets
- Management and mathematics skills
- Great objection-handling skills
