Are you a people person with strong organizational skills? Are you looking for a meaningful job? Nordex Nordic Region is now looking for a Service Coordinator to join our Uppsala office. You will be the main contact for our Service Technicians and Local Operations Managers in Sweden and Norway, who are responsible for servicing our wind turbines. We work with a hybrid model, with two office days weekly.


YOUR TASKS

  • Developing efficient, reliable and cost-effective service schedules for contractual obligations and customer needs
  • Managing and directing technicians and subcontractors to ensure efficient resource planning and ensuring effective communication of technicians’ activities internally
  • Utilizing your analytical skills to plan maintenances, repairs and other planned work in advance
  • Prioritizing open work orders within defined company rules and guidelines using standard times and expected driving times
  • Proactively monitoring regular material availability and ordering additional supplies as required
  • Ensuring complete documentation (maintenance work, time sheets, work orders etc.)
  • Communicating with the Local Operations Managers about important issues regarding resources and making recommendations to ensure their effective use
  • Creating reports for customers

YOUR PROFILE

  • You enjoy working with people and value teamwork and collaboration
  • Excellent communication skills in interaction with internal and customer contact persons
  • Ability to manage complex systems & processes
  • Result-oriented and systematic problem-solver
  • High level of service-orientation
  • Competent with MS Office, SAP and planning tools
  • Excellent English language skills – our working language is English
