Get an idea of the role
We’re looking for a passionate Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you’ll lead the design of exceptional user experiences across digital products, ensuring that users can interact with our products in intuitive and meaningful ways.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to craft seamless, user-centered designs that deliver both business goals and a delightful user experience.
As a Senior UX Designer, you will:
- Conduct user research, usability tests, and competitive analysis to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Lead the design process, from wireframes and prototypes to high-fidelity designs, ensuring consistency across platforms.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and information architectures to organize and structure the product experience.
- Work collaboratively with developers to ensure that designs are accurately implemented and iterated upon based on real user feedback.
- Maintain and evolve our design systems to ensure consistent, high-quality experiences across all touchpoints.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and design excellence.
- Advocate for the user in discussions with stakeholders, balancing user needs with business objectives to create effective, user-friendly solutions.

- Curious & Analytical: You approach problems with curiosity, conducting research and testing to validate your assumptions, and you’re always ready to learn from users.
- Experienced: You’ve had 5+ years of hands-on UX design experience, including creating user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes.
You’re proficient with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and you’ve had experience working within design systems.
- A Natural Leader: You have the ability to lead by example, guiding less experienced team members, and driving design excellence across projects.
