The Supply Area assignment is all about enabling business, developing people and relations, and securing compliance. Supply Areas are places where co-workers and business partners connect to share, add value, and collaborate cross functional borders. We have 7 Supply Areas in IKEA Supply around the world, and we operate in a fast paced, truly global environment with an endless supply of challenges and development opportunities.
We are now recruiting for a new opportunity as Global Finance, Performance and Operations Manager, that will report to Linus Björkman, Global Supply Area Manager.
Job Description
In the role as Global Finance, Performance and Operations Manager, you will lead and develop the Finance, Performance and Operations assignment and agenda for all our Supply Areas across IKEA Supply. You will be responsible to secure a thorough implementation of Inter IKEA guidelines and policies, connected to finance, risk and compliance, in the operations of all Supply Area legal entities. You will actively work to ensure movements towards defined direction and goals, always striving to find efficiencies and seamless connections.
What about the team? You will have your own team as well as leading the Finance, Performance and Operations Matrix and networks (with support from network leaders) in a dynamic global environment. In this assignment, you will play a key role in leading and developing competence for the future with a strong leadership, grounded in our IKEA culture & values, where you will motivate, inspire and develop talents. You will collaborate with the many stakeholders in IKEA and by this, build strong relationships and find better ways forward – together.

Qualifications
Are you our next Global Finance, Performance and Operations Manager? To be successful in this role we see that you are a senior leader with several years of experience leading in a global environment. You feel inspired and motivated to lead and develop business and people together and have a strong desire to move the Finance, Performance and Operations agenda forward. With your extensive experience working with people, we see that you demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, with a strong people focus and a foundation in both living and sharing the IKEA culture and values. It will be a benefit if you have solid knowledge within areas tied to Finance, Corporate Governance, Risk and Compliance.
