We are a leading global SaaS company seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Accountant to join our leading Finance Team in Stockholm. In this role, you will oversee operational accounting for all Bambuser Group entities, managing tasks such as daily accounting, monthly and annual financial statements, VAT and tax returns, and K3-compliant annual reports.
Your responsibilities include coordinating with accounting firms for subsidiaries (UK, US, and Japan), analyzing financial results, supporting group consolidation in Bright Analytics, and collaborating with auditors and authorities. You will also assist with payroll coordination, ensuring accurate records, timely salary payments, and tax filings for all global offices. Additionally, you’ll work closely with the accounting assistant who is responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and banking tasks.
You will report to the Accounting Lead, who has an overall responsibility for the entire accounting department, while you are responsible for the day-to-day operational activities.

Required Experience and Skills:
Several years of experience managing independent closing procedures, with confidence in all aspects of the accounting process.
Excellent knowledge of Excel and strong system skills, with the ability to quickly learn new tools.
Experience with payroll coordination and basic payroll knowledge.
Fluency in both Swedish and English (English is the company’s working language).
Industry- and System Experience:
You should have previous experience working in fast-growing companies with international operations. It is especially advantageous if you have worked at a SaaS company and in a listed company.
We work with systems such as Business Central, Bright Analytics, Medius Go, and HiBob. Experience working with any of these systems is advantageous.
