Global Electrolux Talent Program (GET)
The Global Electrolux Talent Program is a proactive initiative that brings together young talent across various functions and global offices of Electrolux.
This program is for you, who are interested in a global, hands-on experience in an intercultural setting with the goal of securing global employment opportunities within the company upon a successful completion of the internship.
Product Line Taste – Stockholm
At Product Line Taste we shape living for the better by developing products and experiences targeted at food preparation and food preservation.
Together with 1550 employees across the world, we design and create the products to eat well and live better.
The Electrolux Product Line Taste team has undergone a reorganization during the past year, where we created a Global Product Line organization, where we have global teams for R&D, Design, Product area and also, a Global HR & Comms function!
In Product Line Taste HR & Comms we have the challenge of creating an environment of engaged employees, where our people feel like a team, thrive and develop their best selves, while supporting our business path into profitable growth.
We are looking to further strengthen our PL Taste Communications team with a Communications Coordinator who can help us implement effective communication strategies that enhance our team spirit, engage our employees and leaders, and support our organizational goals.
You will collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
A regular day at work
Key responsibilities
- Write, edit, and produce content for various platforms, including internal articles, videos, newsletters, internal website updates, and social media posts.
- Proactively search for internal news, engaging with employees in our Product Line around the world.
- Participate in editorial meetings together with other representatives from other functions to ensure that messages and efforts are coordinated throughout the organization.
- Be a guardian and promoter of our key messages and storytelling.
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Follow up on KPIs, analyze communication efforts, and provide reports on effectiveness and engagement metrics.
- Assist in planning and executing internal and external events, including webinars, conferences, and employee engaging programs.

Education & experience:
The position requires:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in digital communication tools and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Native/Excellent English.
It will be a plus if you have:
- Some years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Experience with content management systems and graphic design/ video editing software
- Knowledge of analytics tools.
