About the roleAs a Product Specialist in Neuro Orthotics, you will play a central role in introducing our products and solutions to the Nordic market. You will work closely with clinicians, therapists and other medical experts to ensure our products meet customer needs. The role includes supporting our customers with high-quality advice, certifications and technical expertise, which contributes to increased product knowledge and user satisfaction. You will work closely with the sales team in the Nordic regionand together witht the account managers and market access managers bekey persons in product launches and customer training.
Our offerThe position is a full timepermanent position with placement in a home office. We also have offices in Solna and in the central ofNorrköping, Sweden. Working hours are variable and travel within the Nordic regionis part of the job. Start date is setby agreement. We have collective agreement, which means that you are covered by collectively agreed insurances.

You will become part of our Nordic team and have access to continuous training and professional development. You report to our Sales manager for Sweden/Norway.
About youWe see that you have a clinical or technical background, preferably as a Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist(CPO)or a related discipline. Previous experience for more then five years in the field of medical devices or rehabilitation is advantageous. You are fluent in both a Nordic languageand English and have good computer skills. You are an outgoing and driven person who is good at building and maintaining good customer relationships.
You speak clearly and engaged both in individual meetings and in larger groups. You can easily make yourself understood while actively listening in conversations with others. When a problem arises, you put focus and energy into finding solutions and maintain your focus on the goal. In collaboration with others, you contribute knowledge and experience while being responsive and respectful and looking out for the best interests of the group. You plan, organize and prioritize your work while meeting deadlines.
