Do you want to enter a fast-paced international environment, contributing to financial operations and ensuring smooth accounts receivable processes? We are now looking for consultants for a short assignment of three months, starting from beginning of December! This is a consultant Agreement via Wise Professionals/Eqonomy, and the office i located in central Gothenburg.
About the position:
As an Accounts Receivable Consultant, you will play a vital role in managing customer accounts, maintaining accurate records of revenue, and supporting the collection of outstanding balances. You will be a key contact for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficiency in AR operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and issuing sales orders, invoices, and credit notes.
- Reconciling payments with invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Resolving queries from customers and colleagues across departments.
- Providing customer support for accounts receivable matters.
- Sending payment reminders and following up on overdue accounts.
- Participating in month-end closing activities.
- Collaborating with team members to enhance AR processes and workflows.
- Actively contributing to process improvements and driving change initiatives.
- Documenting procedures and maintaining up-to-date process guidelines.
Who you are:
- Preferrable experience in SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A team player who thrives under pressure and adapts well to change.
