Job description
The customer service role at Betsson Group involves assisting Swedish and English-speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking, and time management abilities. Customer service agents are responsible for translating promotional texts and surveys and managing customer accounts while following responsible gaming practices. - Assist Swedish and English-speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone
- Collaborate with your team to achieve the best customer satisfaction and other KPIs
- Translate promotional texts and customer surveys into your local language
- Manage customer accounts
- Follow company policies and practices regarding player safety, protection, and responsible gaming
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Background in customer service (face-to-face, online, or via phone calls)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Additional language skills are considered a plus.

Salary
EUR20.000 base salary increasing every 6 months + up to EUR6000 bonus on annual basis.
