We are looking for a dedicated financial professional to take on the role of Credit and Financial Compliance Controller for the region Nordics & Baltics and join our dynamic team in Stockholm (Norsborg). Your Mission As a Credit and Financial Compliance Controller, you will report to the Regional Business Controller for Epiroc Nordics & Baltics. Your mission will be to drive the implementation, enhancement, and monitoring of risk management practices related to receivables and internal audits. You will work proactively to mitigate risk and ensure compliance, aligning the region with “The Epiroc Way” and the “Epiroc Code of Conduct.” You will also promote a positive work environment, embodying Epiroc Group's core values of Innovation, Commitment, and Collaboration in all internal and external interactions and relationships. Main Responsibilities include: • Perform credit assessments of customers and propose credit limits. • Set up and maintain customer master data (Sold-to, Bill-to, Payer) in SAP. • Regular follow-up of our customers' credit worthiness. • Ensure that the accounts receivable status is in good order. • Manage dunning procedure including debt collection cases. • Develop, maintain, and implement policies and routines for credit management. • Ensure credit notes are approved correctly and have correct supporting documentation. • Implement and follow up policies and internal control strategies in the region. • Coordinate internal audits and testing. Create and follow up action plans. Your profile We are looking for a candidate with a university degree in Finance or Business Administration and solid experience in a similar role, ideally in an international setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, or other ERP systems, along with knowledge of credit management regulations, is essential. Audit or Internal Control experience is a plus. The ideal candidate is analytical, independent, and communicative, excelling at building trust with stakeholders. With a business-oriented and solution-driven approach, you manage multiple tasks efficiently and deliver results. Innovative and discreet, you confidently handle sensitive information and have strong Swedish and English communication skills. Location and travel This position is located in our office in Stockholm (Norsborg). Occasional irregular working hours and travel are expected.
