About the service
Your daily work consists of providing the best possible customer support to SAS Danish customers via telephone and chat regarding matters concerning flight bookings, products, payment methods (credit, vouchers and loyalty points), accessories for luggage and meals, online service and much more! You provide correct information and can change existing bookings for both time and destination, name change, special service requests (wheelchairs, special assistance, animals) and cancellations. Furthermore, you are an expert in planning and delivering smart solutions to customers in difficult situations (timetable changes, delays and cancellations) by changing the flightbooking and supporting with refunds. You create a strong customer relationship and inform about the client's loyalty program for the best possible experience! The service offers you the opportunity to develop and specialize in areas of knowledge where your expertise can be of value to our clients' premium customers. We are looking for you
You are proactive and an expert at listening and always take the customers' needs into account. You are positive and energetic by nature and always strive to provide the best possible customer service with your professionalism and dedication. You have good social skills and can express yourself well both orally and in writing in Danish and English. You enjoy independent tasks and have the ability to quickly adapt to changes and handle stressful situations with a calm character. You have good computer skills and handling of administrative tasks, such as registration in computer systems.
- You speak and write fluent Danish (C1) and English (B2)
- You can work weekdays 07:00-19:00 and holidays 09:00-18:00
- You can work on site in our office in Helsingborg
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have a good computer skills
- Experience in customer service and/or in the travel industry is a big advantage!

We will make sure that you get the right training from the start through a solid basic training of 7 weeks, which include theoretical and practical training. Furthermore, you'll work with modern equipment and receive continuous support in order for you to succeed in your new role! Details of the service:
Start date: 2025-01-13
Form of employment: Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period, employment rate 100%.
Working hours: Monday - Friday: 07:00-19:15 and Saturday - Sunday: 09:00-18:15 (your working hours will be arranged in shifts at specified opening hours of 40h/week).
Workplace: Concentrix office in Helsingborg at Rönnowsgatan 8C.
