- Risk Management and Quality Assurance: Identify potential risks proactively and implement rigorous quality assurance processes to achieve project goals.
- Resource Planning and Coordination: Optimize resource use across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and dependency management.
- Client-Centric Leadership: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring project outcomes meet or exceed expectations.
- Communication and Reporting: Deliver structured and clear updates on project status, risks, and progress to all stakeholders, including management and project boards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years managing large, complex investment projects within energy, mining, rock cavern engineering, or related industries. Proven success in handling projects of significant scope and financial scale is essential.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of system engineering, installation, and commissioning, with experience in regulated industries.
- Certifications: Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred, along with relevant technical certifications in quality, safety, or construction management.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Swedish is required; additional language skills (e.g., French) are advantageous.
Personal Attributes
- Strategic and Organized: Able to develop and implement long-term project strategies and maintain an efficient work structure.
- Communicative and Attentive: Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand and respond to client needs effectively.
- Leadership and Collaboration: A natural leader with a focus on teamwork and motivational skills to inspire high-performance teams.
