About this opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change/Transformation Manager for Product Lifecycle Management. The Change Manager will be responsible to identify and implement change management activities related to the Product Lifecycle Management process, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal service disruptions. This role will focus on maintaining high standards of quality and compliance while working closely with technical, operational, and business teams.

What you will bring:

- Strategic Change Leadership:

- Work within a cross functional, multi disciplinary team to drive necessary changes and uptake of Product Lifecycle Changes and Tools throughout our Sell, Develop and Deliver processes.

- Lead change management efforts to facilitate the smooth adoption of new processes and technologies, identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change.

- Internal Optimization:

- Implement best practices to reduce the time and cost of change implementation while enhancing overall service quality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams ensuring that all necessary approvals and requirements are met to drive change.

- Communication for Impact:

- Communicate with impact to drive necessary transformation both internally and externally towards our key stakeholders.

- Risk Management:

- Assess and Manage the impact, risk, and scope of product and process introduction and changes throughout our product lifecycle.

- Where necessary Ensure risk assessments are conducted for all changes and contingency plans are in place.

- Performance Analytics:

- Analyze and design fit-for-purpose change management metrics and KPI’s to identify areas for process improvements.

- Strong Stakeholder management skills.

- Strategic attitude with a keen curiosity about finding opportunities, mitigating risks, and navigating sophisticated organizational landscapes.

- Strong understanding of Ericsson Product Development and Management and EGMS ways of working, tooling and processes.

- Strong analytical foresight, demonstrating data and metrics to drive performance optimization and informed decision-making.

- Strong strategic and analytical skills to assess dependencies, risks and impacts of changes.

- Experience in change management roles, and knowledge of organizational change methodologies.

- Experience working with Internal Communications in a big organization, communication for impact.

- E2E thinking, within the Ericsson ways of working of Sell, Develop and Deliver, knowledge of both Hardware and Software flows would be considered an asset.

- Experience of working with UX and UX design for ease of uptake of new tools and ways of working would be considered an asset

- Knowledge of Security/Privacy would be considered an asset.
