We are looking for individuals with a strong interest in technology and leadership.
This role is challenging for a junior candidate.
You will be responsible for the delivery of advanced technology in large, complex projects.
Initially, you will shadow a senior team member to learn the ropes and must be patient as you build your knowledge.
You will work primarily from Ludvika, with occasional opportunities to work from home.
The role involves working with a global team, requiring you to blend in and collaborate effectively.
The work is more individualistic, focusing on projects that span 3 to 5 years.
During the integration and verification stages, you will lead a team of up to 25 members, who are located in various countries.
At a minimum, you will manage 3-4 team members.
Potential is more important than experience, but you must be willing to learn.
ProfileMust have:•University or civil engineering degree in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc.)
•English proficiency
