The role
We're looking for a Customer Support Representative to join the Customer Support team at Soundtrack. As part of our team, you'll be our customers' trusty sidekick helping out with everything from getting started with our service to troubleshooting technical issues, handling payments, music questions, and more. We're a tight-knit team that works cross-functionally, has a lot of fun, and supports each other daily.
