Assignment Description:
What you will work on:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 20 IT professionals responsible for:
- Managing collaboration and internal information services, including the Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, PowerApps).
- Developing and delivering web solutions and maintaining corporate web pages.
- Overseeing video conferencing solutions to support seamless video meetings and conference experiences.
- Ensuring reliable telephony and voice communication solutions.
- Coordinating and producing web event broadcasts and streaming services.
- Drive change management initiatives to support the transition to new delivery and operational models, ensuring both team and user adaptation.
- Monitor, improve, and evolve service delivery, continually adapting to business needs and defining best practices and roadmaps for enhanced user adoption.
- Engage actively with other teams, business units, and stakeholders to align IT strategies and service offerings with organizational objectives.
What you bring:
- A minimum of 5 years in IT team leadership, with a track record of delivering collaboration and productivity solutions within large, global organizations.
- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365, with hands-on experience in Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop technical teams in a dynamic, complex environment.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across various levels.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English, with excellent written and spoken proficiency.
