We are now looking for driven individuals to join our cross-functional and international teams covering segments as per bellow: •    Vehicle Platform •    Software & Electronics •    Top Hat – Interior & Exterior What you´ll do? •    Work in an everchanging world, with continuously new challenges •    Lead and participate in high tempo and challenging negotiations, both internal and external  •    Develop and execute purchasing strategies aligned with the company's needs for future technologies and concepts •    Assume ownership and management of the supply base, ensuring the presence of financially sound and competent suppliers with an optimal footprint that supports sustainability •    Strategically plan and execute supplier selections in close collaboration with the category team and stakeholders •    Guarantee the fulfilment of all purchasing deliveries prior to each program milestone •    Collaborate extensively within the category team and with stakeholders to ensure supplier capability, capacity, quality, and timely deliveries •    Proactively drive suppliers and internal stakeholders to optimize ongoing business by identifying and implementing opportunities for commercial, technical, and supply chain cost savings. •    Actively seek ways to optimize the ongoing business's supply base while effectively assessing and managing associated risks. What you`ll bring? •    You have experience of doing business in an international environment with global suppliers where a strong business acumen is a prerequisite as well as an ability to shift between short term focus and long-term ambitions. You gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity •    Structured and organized approach that enables complexity and different interfaces •    Confidence to act in an international environment and influence stakeholders, and fluent communication in English •    Consistency in achieve results, even under tough circumstances and active search for new opportunities, by using both formal and informal development channels •    Collaborative approach and drive to meet shared objectives •    Knowledge and skills from supplier management and contractual topics, such as fact-based negotiations/discussions  Welcome with your application in English at your earliest convenience.
