ValueOne is looking for a Sourcing Process Developer proficient in Coupa Sourcing Optimization (CSO) for a consultant assignment at manufacturing company south of Stockholm. The assignment must be filled as soon as possible and lasts for six months.

The Role

As Sourcing Process Developer, you will support the “source to contract” requirements processed in the Coupa Software / Coupa Sourcing Optimization (CSO) module. You will be responsible for developing, executing, analyzing, and reporting complex requests for proposals, as well as maintaining executive-level dashboards and other ad hoc reporting requests.

Main tasks:

  • Support in tender goals and drive the implementation of RFI and RFQ for the transportation category.
  • Create, develop, and improve S2C projects in CSO, including templates and forms.
  • Develop and maintain CSO Best Practices/Methodologies, ensuring relevance with each RFI/RFQ release.
  • Document CSO tender projects and provide on-demand user training.
  • Evaluate and describe suitable CSO features/functions.
  • Increase the technical understanding of CSO users.
Experience and Competencies

The assignment requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent as well as a minimum of two years of work experience. You must have knowledge of CSO and experience in setting up complex RFI and RFQ in CSO. You should have a strong understanding of web technologies and experience with Software as a Service, advanced skills in API, XML, JavaScript and MS Excel, SAP experience and project management experience. Client management skills and experience in freight tender processes and cost calculation methodology are also necessary.

We are looking for someone who is customer service-oriented and results-driven, with a high affinity for numbers. You should be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, be self-motivated, positive, tenacious and robust with a strong work ethic. Highly organized and flexible, you should be capable of managing multiple projects and have good presentation and communication skills. Advanced English communication skills are required. German language skills are a plus.
