About the position

On behalf of our client, Perido is looking for a Capex Controller. Our client is a successful and fast-growing electric car company. This position is located in Gothenburg.

Your daily tasks

We are looking for a detail-oriented person to take charge of our clients’ consolidated capex reporting. This role will involve managing actuals, forecasts, and business plans with support from program teams, ensuring accurate balance sheet timing and cash flow. You'll oversee vendor tooling controls, ensuring orders are correctly processed, company assets are properly classified, and tracking activation, depreciation, and scrapping schedules.

In this role, you will also be responsible for developing and implementing robust processes for capex planning and reporting. As a key member of the controlling team, you'll actively contribute to its ongoing development, working closely with colleagues to drive improvements. Additionally, you’ll handle ad hoc analyses, providing valuable insights to support decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration (or similar)
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in controlling and the automotive business
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Strong business acumen and ability to work cross-functional with global teams
• Good at interpreting and communicating financial information clearly and concisely to many different stakeholders including non-finance
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute work independently as well as jointly in diversified teams

Contract type and hours

Full-time consulting assignment for 6 months. Start asap.
