As the driving force behind your categories, you’ll own the end-to-end process from strategy to execution, ensuring our customers enjoy top-quality products at competitive prices. You’ll work closely with our talented and motivated teams across functions to optimize assortment, secure advantageous supplier agreements, and explore new business opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and optimize your product categories using data insights and a test-and-learn mindset.
• Develop and execute category strategies to elevate product quality, availability, and pricing.
• Build strong vendor relationships, negotiate attractive agreements, and scout new suppliers.
• Collaborate with teams to improve product flows, maintain high-quality standards, and explore new growth concepts.
• Analyze supplier performance and create long-term partnerships that enhance our competitive edge.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing, buying, or category management.
• A strong negotiator with excellent partner management skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Analytical mindset with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.
• A proactive, self-driven attitude and the ability to guide junior team members.
