Key Responsibilities:
- Lead commissioning activities for electrical, mechanical, and automation projects, ensuring successful project execution from start to finish.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in real-time, providing technical support and guidance to ensure minimal downtime and smooth operation.
- Oversee the coordination of project deliverables, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, electrical, mechanical, and automation experts, to integrate engineering solutions effectively.
- Develop and maintain detailed work instructions and technical documentation, capturing key insights and lessons learned for future reference.
- Drive performance enhancements by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to optimize operations.
Experience:
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in engineering projects, with a focus on commissioning, troubleshooting, and operational improvements.
- Proven ability to manage and execute complex engineering assignments independently, while working within multidisciplinary teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational background in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation) or relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in:
- Chemical Engineering: Understanding of process flow, material handling, and production systems.
- Mechanical Engineering: Proficiency in mechanical system design, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Electrical Engineering: Expertise in electrical systems, including control panels, circuit design, and energy management.
- Automation Engineering: Familiarity with automated systems, PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial automation technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in production engineering environments, including process optimization and performance tracking.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
