We are looking for a Commercial Contract Manager for a global company in Stockholm. Start is December 1st, 6 months limited contract to begin with, possibility of permanent role after that.
As Commercial Contract Manager you will be responsible for:
• Implementation of contract lifecycle management processes in the company's tech services in Sweden
• Coach/Lead the contract management operations for the inscope accounts
• Supporting with contract management activities (such as contract changes, interpretation, issues) together with internal Stakeholders
• Support with contract compliance investigations ensuring we delivery according to the contract.
• Liaise with legal on complex matters
• Deliver training to the key account members in Contract Management processes and controls
• Monitoring and reporting on selected KPIs

Skills and experience:
• Swedish national as security clearance will be required.
• 10+ years in sourcing or commercial contract management roles (or similar). Extensive experience in Service Delivery may be an advantage.
• Background in IT outsourcing contracts and understanding of Cloud solutions
• Solid financial background with understanding how the commercial elements in the contract interlink between documents
• Experience in multi-discipline areas such as bid support, sales, procurement
• Strong negotiating and consulting skills
This role requires fluency in both Swedish and English.
