Your role We're seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our Global Business Control Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate within a close-knit team and influence the development of Saab's financial strategy. You'll contribute by driving and supporting projects aimed at enhancing capital efficiency and profitability, while working closely with a wide range of internal partners. This role requires a great interest for financial analysis and continuous business improvement. As a Financial Analyst, your key responsibilities will include: * Developing and maintaining models for strategic and financial analysis and simulation. * Analyzing financial results, forecasts, and business plans across Saab's Group, business and market areas. * Identifying and implementing improvements to enhance profitability and capital efficiency. * Conducting both internal and external benchmarking to ensure best practices. * Preparing detailed reports and presentations that communicate findings, insights, and actionable recommendations for management and other stakeholders. * Supporting the monthly closing process, as well as contributing to forecasting and business planning activities. Your profile We're looking for someone with strong analytical and communication skills, combined with a solid understanding of accounting principles. You are proactive, with a keen eye for identifying areas of improvement and best practices across Saab. Your collaborative nature allows you to build relationships across functions, and you are comfortable driving projects and engaging with stakeholders at all levels. To succeed in this role, you should have: * A relevant academic degree in economics, finance, or a related field. * A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis. * Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Proficiency in financial systems and knowledge of BI tools is a plus. * Fluency in both English and Swedish, with strong written and verbal communication skills. * Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset, with the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization. This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection.
