Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Art Director to help on shaping the artistic process for our Unannounced Project. Working closely together with the Art Director, you will support defining the overall vision for art and how to best realize the game’s creative ambitions. Furthermore, you will be part of a team that promotes an atmosphere of curiosity and collaboration both within and without the art discipline to deliver the best overall game experience.

What You'll Do

  • Working with the team to help develop and shape the artistic vision for the game
  • Collaborating with partner studios in order to ensure consistency and quality for the projects
  • Helping creating the framework of the worlds we are developing
  • Overseeing briefs and provide feedback to help our production teams


Qualifications

What You'll Bring

As an Associate Director in the Art field, you’re enthusiastic about quality and innovation. You excel at communicating your vision to various stakeholders and developing strategic efforts with your team. You appreciate working in collaborative environments, supporting different professionals. Your team leadership experience equips you to navigate through challenges, provide constructive feedback, and streamline workflows.

Besides the above we’re looking for someone aligned with our core values and the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in at least one full AAA videogame production, in a supervising role (Director, Lead)
  • Professional experience in supervising/directing a team
  • Capacity to clearly articulate and communicate a vision and strategy
  • Clear understanding of art pipelines
  • In-depth comprehension of the technical landscape; hardware, software and technique
