What would you do as our Brand Design Lead

We are looking forward to welcoming our new colleague, who will support us in developing and upholding exceptional brand design standards. Your role will focus on ensuring that our communication and products consistently deliver innovative, empowering, and accessible brand and user experiences across all digital and physical touchpoints.

Within this role, you would both lead ideation and do hands-on creation of brand design concepts together with our group center brand and UX/UI teams including guides, content and communication material towards internal and external audiences.

You would also:

  • Ideate and create visual concepts for conferences, campaigns, and corporate materials
  • Ensure effective design reviews and foster a culture of constructive feedback
  • Coach and advise to ensure brand consistency across various channels
  • Cultivate an inclusive design culture by mentoring designers to grow in their careers
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and inspiring creativity and innovation in others

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has several years of experience as a Brand Designer/Art Director or similar, for both physical and digital with demonstrated expertise in design systems (typography, color, layout, photography, illustrations, composition), preferably gained in an agency and in-house roles supporting a sizeable global company
  • Is an expert in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma. Familiar with After Effects and motion design fundamentals
  • Has great strategic thinking and conceptual creativity skills as well as strong project management skills, and ability to work independently
  • Has strong project management skills, and ability to work independently
  • Is fluent in verbal and written English and has excellent communication skills, supporting stakeholders and cross-functional design teams across all levels

We are looking for an individual passionate about design, able to demonstrate a strong portfolio showcasing own, conceptual and detail-oriented design work.
