Resurs is now looking for a ServiceNow Developer to our IT Service Delivery team. Get an idea of the roleAs a ServiceNow Developer at Resurs yourrole is a key success factor in the creation of our new position in the market. You will also create aculture with focus on usability and simplicity, as well assingle source of truth architecture and automation. We want our partners, customers and users to “know the feeling” of business-driven IT.

As ServiceNow Developer we expect you to:

• Develop and improve within different modules, such as ITSM (IT Service Management, IRM (Integrated Risk Management) and Security Operations
• Create a great user experience which means close collaboration with the Service Manager for ServiceNow
• Find areas for improvements and automation to make the platform more user friendly and efficient to use
• Support in technical questions related to ServiceNow
• Collaborate with the Service Manager to make the best use of the platform

• Experienced in one or more of thefollowing modules; IT ServiceManagement, Configuration Management Database, Strategic Portfolio Management, Integrated Risk Management and Product Portfolio Management

You will need to have3-4 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow. We also see that youand have acertificate in ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator, as ServiceNow Implementation specialist. We believe that you are a native programmer who loves well-designed information models. It is a plus if you have knowledge in relational databases and a certificate in information modelling, flow design, UI builder, platform integration etc. You will have great opportunities to develop within your area of expertise and you will be able to take initiatives and run new projects in close cooperation with ServiceNow stakeholders at Resurs.
