In this role, you will play an important role in ensuring the successful execution of projects and enhancing our methods and approaches, while delivering high-quality products to our customers. This is a great chance for you to contribute to our team and make a significant impact in the field of project management and technical innovation.  What you will do As the Lead Project Manager, your role is crucial in ensuring the successful execution of projects related to complete vehicle development. You will act as the representative for features, verification, and validation within a technology stream or an Intro program. Leading a team of skilled feature engineers and test engineers, you will collaborate to develop and implement effective verification and validation activities. You will also consider optimization aspects for trucks, as well as platform and application elements. Your responsibility is to lead, coordinate, and align the efforts of these streams, ensuring seamless integration of technologies and features into the final product. Throughout your decision-making process, customer needs will always be prioritized. You will provide regular updates on technical progress, product status, and overall value. Collaboration with other Project Managers will be crucial for achieving success in this role.  You play a crucial role in conducting extensive long-term planning and strategic decision-making, leveraging your expertise in strategic work. This may involve increased involvement in pre-study activities, estimations, and other aspects of the project's initial phases. Who you are To be considered for this role, you have an engineering degree or an equivalent qualification. Additionally, a minimum of ten years of experience in project management is essential, and holding a PMP certification is highly valued. Given the diverse and challenging nature of the work, having a flexible mindset is an asset. Supporting our teams in effectively applying their project management skills is of utmost importance. Moreover, your previous experience in active involvement in strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives will be highly appreciated. It is crucial to have excellent skills in planning, cost management, and scope management to ensure that the project progresses according to plan. Lastly, proficient communication skills in both spoken and written English are essential for effective collaboration within the team.  Personal qualities  In this role, we value the ability to have a customer-focused mindset, along with a creative attitude.
