Flightradar24 delivers industry-leading flight tracking data to businesses worldwide. As part of our B2B team, you will work closely with both our customers and internal teams on a range of services, including real-time position and flight event feeds, as well as on-demand historical data. These services are accessible via APIs, streaming services, static datasets, and SDKs for iOS and Android. To be considered for this position, you must be able to work from Stockholm, Sweden. Please note that relocation assistance is not offered for this role.


What you’ll do

  • Provide technical support to customers; troubleshoot services, suggest configuration changes and provide guidance on how to connect to live data services via AMQP 1.0 and Microsoft Azure Event Hubs.
  • Participate in customer meetings, addressing technical queries and offering solutions.
  • Set up and manage customer data deliveries via our internal tools for data exports.
  • Handle incident management and routines.
  • Ensure the highest quality of service while identifying areas for improvement.
  • Make sure relevant documentation and training material is up to date.
  • Play a key role in identifying potential opportunities for product growth.
  • Perform metric reporting for key customers.
  • Potentially get involved in sales, if you have a passion for it.

Who you are

You’re a tech-savvy problem-solver with strong communication skills, eager to collaborate closely within a small, tight-knit team. You’re excited to take initiative and contribute meaningfully to both technical and customer-facing aspects of our services. Ideally, you have:

  • Basic Python coding knowledge (more experience is a plus but not required).
  • A passion for aviation and big data—this will set you apart in the selection process.
  • A collaborative mindset, ready to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Previous operational API experience will be considered a big plus.
  • Proficiency in English is required, and fluency in additional languages will be highly valued. Swedish language skills are not required.
