Resurs is looking for passionate Talent Sourcing Specialists who thrives on finding and attracting top talent, with a special focus on Tech! Do you want to be part of a growing team and help us identify the best tech professionals on the market? Then this might be the role for you!

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist at Resurs, you will play a key role in our Talent team, focusing on identifying the top tech profiles in the market. Your responsibilities will include:

• Proactively sourcing and identifying qualified candidates in Tech, and other areas,through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, fairsetc.)
• Building and maintaining a talent pool, particularly within the tech sector, to meet both current and future recruitment needs
• Collaborating with hiring managers and tech leaders to understand their skill requirements
• Analyzing tech market trends and providing insights into talent availability in the tech field
• Participating in employer branding initiatives and representing Resurs at tech-related networking events and career fairs
• Developing and implementing innovative strategies to attract top tech talent
