About The Job
As the Quality Compliance Manager, you bring a wealth of expertise in quality compliance management, with a proven track record of implementing and maintaining certification standards, particularly excelling in VDA 6.3 and 6.5.
Your profound understanding of quality requirements and mastery of conformity of production (CoP) processes position you as a catalyst for success.

Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Act as the Product Safety and Conformity Representative within the plant, overseeing Product Safety Incident Management.
- Implement, maintain, and improve Conformity of Production (CoP) in accordance with VDA 6.3, 6.5, and customer-specific requirements, while designing CoP into the facility in a lean, efficient, and practicable way.
- Define and document processes, procedures, and standards across the plant to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with automotive industry regulations and customer-specific quality requirements.
- Develop and maintain a 3-year audit program to monitor and assess conformity, making necessary adjustments as needed.
- Manage and coordinate internal and external audits, including planning, execution, and resolution of audit findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions, ensuring timely resolution of compliance issues.
- Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and compliance, regularly monitoring and reporting on these KPIs.
- Work to ensure that KPI targets are met, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities.
- Generate and maintain compliance reports, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of compliance professionals.
We Believe That You Have
- A relevant academic degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in quality and compliance management or equivalent positions.
- Proven knowledge of relevant Quality and Compliance standards, specifically VDA 6.3, 6.5, but also ISO 9001 (experience in IATF 16949 preferred).
- Certifications in VDA 6.3, 6.5 and PSCR.
- Experience working in the chemical manufacturing or process industry.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge and/or experience in risk analysis and investigation methodologies.
- Knowledge of working with Swedish authorities is preferred.
Full time employment, fixed salary.
