Join our Nordic team as a People Specialist, reporting to the People Country Lead for Sweden, and be part of a company that values collaboration, growth, and employee well-being.  About the role  As our new People Specialist, you will join our Nordic People team, taking on a wide range of responsibilities related to people and payroll processes to support and enhance HR operations in Sweden.   Since our payroll is outsourced, you will be the main contact person for our payroll service agency and ensure that processes are managed professionally and efficiently.  Examples of tasks and responsibilities included in the role are:  Employee Data Management: Maintain and update employee records in our HR system, ensuring compliance with Swedish labor laws and company policies.  HR Support: Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, contract creation and benefits administration. Supporting managers and employees with HR-related inquiries and problem-solving.  Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll in collaboration with external payroll providers, ensuring compliance with regulations and handling employee salary changes, bonuses and deductions data.  Reporting & Compliance: Prepare HR reports and analytics and ensure compliance with labour law and company policies.   Collaboration: Work closely with the broader Nordic HR team to align processes and support cross-country initiatives.  About you  To excel in this role, you should have several years of experience as a People Specialist or in a similar position, managing the full spectrum of people processes independently. Your solid understanding of HR matters enables effective support for the local People Country Lead. With a broad knowledge of payroll and people issues, you can professionally coordinate these matters with internal and external contacts. You are familiar with various collective agreements and prioritize providing excellent service with a consulting mindset towards both customers and colleagues.  Furthermore, we believe you also meet the following criteria:  Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in HR administration and payroll in Sweden.   Education: A degree in Human Resources or a related field is required Knowledge:  Solid understanding of Swedish people and payroll processes  Communication Skills: Fluent in Swedish and English, with excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate within a Nordic team.  Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.  Problem Solver: Proactive and solution-oriented with a passion for process improvement.  At our company, we value ambition and initiative, but we also understand the importance of a supportive work environment.
