Strengthen our Group IT Organization NKT is growing and we are looking for a Team Lead to support the business growth with efficient and secure IT. As Team Lead specializing in IT Support at NKT, you will have a dual role in leading a team of support specialists in the biggest site in Karlskrona while actively contributing to the incidents and service requests handling as well as various issues resolution.  Your primary tasks will be: * Lead and mentor a small team of support specialists in our biggest site, ensuring a collaborative and innovative team culture. * Develop and maintain IT Support services, ensuring quality work and responsiveness. * Implement service improvement plans to meet specific business requirements and end-users expectations. * Work on SOPs/ knowledge articles creation and updates.  * Handle incidents and service requests within time of agreed SLAs. Communicative leader with focus to operational efficiency  Your leadership skills will be essential in guiding the team to deliver good IT Support service delivery and ensuring a collaborative and innovative environment, while working closely with engineers and leadership team across the world. You are committed and self-motivated with the ability to take the initiative in identifying and solving issues. Additionally, your CV includes: * Education in Computer Science or relevant field. * +2 years of previous experience in service desk, on-site support or systems administration teams set-up. * +5 years of experience in a leadership role.  * Good understanding of ITIL processes and market best practices in IT Support functions is mandatory.  * Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English is mandatory.
