Job Description:

We are now seeking an Operational Production Technician for production-related support in machining for an exciting assignment in Karlskrona.

You will be the first point of contact for production and will work operationally with production-related support within production technology. You will also be the driving force behind daily support cases aimed at improving and optimizing production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support ongoing production by ensuring that the right production technology conditions are met in the area of machining.
• Layout and workplace design.
• Tools, equipment, etc.
• Setup, adjustment, and programming analyses.
• Operatively resolve problems and practically implement short-term improvements.
• Provide input for long-term improvements and production methods.
• Streamlining existing processes and methods.
• Lean 5S – Functional workplace organization and order

• The assignment will be performed on-site in Karlskrona.
• The start date is indicative and will occur after a successful security clearance.
• Candidates will be evaluated continuously.
• Swedish citizenship required.
• Possibility of extension.

• You are social and have a keen eye for order and cleanliness.
• You are a creative problem solver who is ready to tackle technical challenges and find innovative solutions, as well as being goal-oriented.
• You enjoy working in a team but are also self-motivated.
• You have a strong technical interest and are solution-oriented.

• A few years of experience in a relevant field.
• Experience with CNC-controlled machining tools.
• Experience with Mazatrol & Heidenhain control systems and CAM preparation.
• Experience in production technology work.
• Experience in working with low-volume manufacturing.
• Experience with LEAN/5S with a focus on functional workplace organization and order.
