As an ERP Process Developer, you will join a cross-functional team of nine dedicated colleagues. Your primary focus will be on optimizing supply chain processes, procurement, inventory management, manufacturing, and physical warehouse management. Your efforts will help streamline operations, making daily tasks easier and more efficient for colleagues worldwide, and support Roxtec’s growth as a global leader. The team is also responsible for implementing and upgrading the ERP system within the Roxtec Group, both in Sweden and internationally. We seek someone who is passionate about aligning business processes, people, and support systems. Qualifications • University degree in supply chain or equivalent • Experience from a global manufacturing company • Experience in ERP systems, especially in supply chain processes • Experience in working in projects • Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written • Experience in the ERP system IFS is considered an asset As a person, you are self-motivated with a strong focus. You are service-minded and responsible, with excellent communication skills to inform and train users to secure mutual understanding. It is also important that you are flexible and well-organized with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment. To fit into the organization, you are customer-focused with a humble and collaborative attitude. You may currently hold a similar position or be a key user in supply chain processes, with a strong interest in enhancing ERP functionality and your own expertise. You will report to the Global Logistics Manager, and the role is based at our headquarters in Karlskrona. The role includes international business travel.
