Your Responsibilities
In this position, you will be responsible for proactively building and developing Aritco´s partner network across eight countries, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Egypt, and others. You will play a crucial role in sustaining and developing Aritco Lift ABs sales across the MEA region, focusing on developing and nurturing relationships with key resellers who serve end consumers in both private and commercial sectors. Your role will involve sales visits to Aritcos partners and ensuring exceptional service to B2B customers within your region. This role involves a mix of strategic partner management, market development, and sales leadership. Your job duties will include, but are not limited to:
Reseller Network Development:
• Identify, recruit and onboard new partners to expand Aritcos footprint in the MEA region.
• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen relationships with existing partners.
• Analyse market trends and partner performance to identify opportunities for growth.
Reseller Performance Management:
• Set and monitor performance targets for partners, ensuring alignment with Aritco´s business objectives.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Work closely with partners to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales and Marketing Support:
• Collaborate with locally based colleagues to identify growth strategies for each partner.
• Administrative tasks, including sales budget management, CRM tool usage and documentation of partner agreements.
The Bigger Picture
You will belong to a team of 7 Key Account Managers, each responsible for a different region. You will report to the Head of Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) and work alongside 2 locally based colleagues in Dubai that are responsible for marketing and tech support. You will also be managing relationships with 15-20 partners across the MEA region with a large focus on Saudi Arabia where 4-5 key partners are based.
You will be based in Aritco´s modern office in Järfälla but as you will be responsible for the MEA region, this role will involve approximately 10 business trips to the MEA region per year, with each trip lasting about a week. Aritco encourages employees to work from the office to network and collaborate, but hybrid work is allowed and client visits remain the priority.
Our Expectations
To succeed in this position, you will need to have a strong background in physical or mechanical product sales (alternatively the service contracts associated with such products) and experience in reseller markets. As you will be working towards the MEA region you need to be fluent in English and Arabic. You also need to have strong networking and administrative skills. Documented experience of driving sales, sales visits and managing partners in the MEA region is highly advantageous.
