EPD International AB is looking forour new Manager Quality and Accreditation. EPDs are atrusted source for environmental product performance datainvarious decision making processes in favor for the planet. To grow our EPD Program and companyresponsibly and in compliance with future standards andregulations,we now look for an experiencedManager Quality and Accreditation to join the EPD Secretariat inSweden.

You understand your role asa change maker, havestrong project management skills andyou are passionate about making a positive, sustainable impact?

1. Drive quality to make it stick:
   1. Manage and evolve our quality management system (ISO 9001 certified)
   2. Successfully implement and manage ISO 17029/ 17065 accreditation standard
   3. Manage eligibility status against ISO 14025, a.o. LCA relevant standards
2. Thought Leadership:
   1. Contribute to environmental (and social)thought leadership in the field ofmaterial/productquality,accreditation for LCA (AVCP3+, CPR/DoPC, ESPR), a.s.o.

To succeed in the role you have:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in business,environmental science, engineering, or a related fiel
• Minimum of 5 years ofexperience as a Quality Assurance/ Accreditationexpert, or similar role
• Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000, ISO 17029,etc.)
• Familiarity with Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodologies is advantageous
• Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues while working in high-pressure environments

• Critical thinker with strongproblem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Swedish is advantageous
• Promotes a culture of trust, collaboration, feedback and speaking up by modeling desired behavior.
• Proficient in negotiation and interpersonal skills.
