Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Service Development Consultant to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Conduct minor investigations to support service development, summarizing department experiences from incidents and compiling key learnings.
• Create and organize documentation, ensuring clarity and relevance, particularly in relation to recent incidents, service processes, and agreements.
• Prepare the groundwork to address specific requirements stemming from critical agreements, ensuring compliance and alignment with service objectives.
• Assist in compiling and analyzing data to facilitate informed decision-making within the department.
• Identify areas for enhancing or developing new services, providing recommendations based on data and departmental insights.
• Lead or assist in coordinating internal projects to drive the successful development or improvement of service offerings.

What you bring:

• Several years of experience in operational and tactical project management, product management, or service development.
• Documented experience in developing, implementing, and enhancing new or existing services.
• Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects to achieve service development objectives.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess needs, identify challenges, and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
